The Dancing Shiva: Open the Doors to the Cosmic Light

with Heera – Dance has always been one of the easier ways through which all seekers of the Truth have discovered the space of not knowing, of trust, the ability to be aware in the “here and now” and the silent mysteries contained in the body. The energy of the moving body is pure light: from the Earth, it expands through the legs, nourishes the energetic center of the root and, if properly conveyed, triggers a chain of alchemical transformations, all focused to pure pleasure, to ecstasy, to the whole! The movement, enriched by ancient and modern techniques, allows a taste of our inbuilt ability to welcome, feel and use this energy flow, to regenerate ourselves and become pure dancing light.
